  1. Nice to have a company that responds to the customer. Thanks Moebius!
  2. Great progress. Good thing Jimmy Flintstone filled this model gap.
  3. It looks like a good parts kit. Thanks Dave!
  4. You have the right attitude to make something special out of a less than stunning base. Well done!
  5. The faded paint and rust are well done. This is a difficult model to get together with precision.
  6. You must have have extraordinary vision Mark. I am amazed at how your progress on these difficult builds marches forward.
  7. Silk purse out of a sow's ear? Amazing transformation.
  8. You are on a roll now. I need to finish something soon!
  9. I like how you handled the chop and will borrow your painted cut line idea.
  10. The wheels are perfect for the era you are building. Nice scratch building!
  11. I have a '41 Chevy pickup on my desk that was started so long ago that Pro Street was in. I also have a simple Deuce phaeton that is actually seeing progress. Only about 500 to go!
  12. It's hard to update cars that we grew up with. This Mustang has an unusual headlight surround. It might look better in person.
  13. It's great to see all that muscle in the summer sun. Dog dish caps all the way!
  14. Very striking color scheme. I hope to see the complete model.
  15. Excellent model of a great looking gasser. I wonder if the real car survived?
  16. Ernie, I did something not quite as bad when i traded in my '62 Biscayne on a '69 Javelin. The generator failed one night on the Chevy and the motor finally quit on a hill. My buddy decided to open his passenger door as I rolled back down the hill to a parking spot. The bad part is there was a parking meter there and it broke both hinges and the door fell on the sidewalk. We picked the door up and managed to get it latched and locked. I wish I could have seen the look on the person's face when they opened the door at the dealer after I traded it.
  17. Amazing save on a fragile kit. I'm glad to see you save this one.
  18. Very nice work on an under appreciated Porsche.
  19. The color looks great. V-dubs rule!
  20. Even though I have yet to open my Revel/Hasegawa issue, I'll have to buy one of these and here are my color choices.
  21. The Porsche engine is a natural for the VW transaxle. How about the Corvair from the AMT Blueprinter Parts Pack? This was common back in the 60's. I'm waiting for the Manx to come out so I can build one with the Corvair.
