  1. That looks great JT, lots of possibilities with this toy. Where did you pick it up?
  2. That Mack looks good with a flat deck on it. Nice work!
  3. Very nice work! It's great to see kids getting into this hobby, something rarely seen these days. You should get him a trailer to go with it :-)
  4. Nice work, the single headlights and side pipes look cool!
  5. That is an excellent example of that kit . You did an awesome job as did Leo with the paint! As old as this kit is, it probably already has a rebuilt motor in it which would most likely have been Alpine green. Again, very nice work!!
  6. Another beautiful Paccar product! The paint work is fantastic!
  7. Nice! Looks good with the long wheelbase. Can't beat the price either!
  8. That is a sharp 352! Your fleet colors are a great combination. Would love to see a group shot!
  9. The K100 double bunk cabover is one of the classiest trucks ever produced, especially when done with the Salem paint scheme and this one is absolutely gorgeous! Excellent work Ken!
  10. Very nice work Juergen and your weathering is outstanding!! The cracked windows are a nice detail, and changing the chrome headlights to clear lenses makes it more realistic. One thing you may want to add is a "headache ball", which is just a round 2-piece weight on the cable just above the hook that keeps tension on the cable so that it winds back up evenly. Not criticizing, just pointing it out since I have 2 crane trucks I work with every day. If you need a photo of one I can post it for you.
  11. That is sharp! Your attention to the smallest details is amazing. This would look perfect with one of the exterior post vans with the huge Thurston logos down the sides.
  12. Nice work and a mopar fan too! I remember these wouldn't turn my head back when they were a common sight but they are one of my favorites today.
  13. That is a tough looking mixer! Good choice using the bigger wheels and tires,. The old style hood looks cool too. I always liked that "rolling A" ornament on the radiator shroud.
  14. I've been going through this thread for an hour now. You have one wild imagination and the talent to back it up! Lots and lots of cool projects you have going!
  15. They're just the ones that come with most AMT kits with some BMF around the edges.
  16. You never know! Everyone thought that the W925 mold was destroyed to make the T600, and now the Movin' On truck is coming back. I'll buy a case of each of them if they bring this mixer back. FYI, I heard from a reasonably reliable source that the Movin' On kit may have the torsion bar suspension even though the original one came out after AMT changed to the Hendrickson suspension. One can only hope....
  17. Thank you all for the positive comments. As some of you mentioned, it needs some sort of weathering but that's not one of my strong suits yet. I'll have to practice a little more before I attempt it. After posting this I noticed I have to do something with the raised rib on the drum that the rollers ride on at least!
  18. This was just a quick one to get me back into painting again, built in about a week. Revell snap kit right out of the box with a visor and headache rack added to hide those little snap tabs on the sleeper and scratched mud flaps. Also swapped the rectangular headlights for round ones from an AMT kit.
  19. I built this drom tractor 4 or 5 years ago and just got around to building the trailer this past fall. Started with a T520 torsion bar kit, updated to a mid 70's cab. Trailer is the old Allied van lines trailer with Andrews van lines livery.
  20. One off the bucket list. I've had this kit in my collection for a long time and finally decided to build it. Pretty much right out of box, just changed the paint scheme on the box art to a Seminole scheme.
