  1. Very nice. They may be big but they sure can slide.
  2. I've recently fallen in love with the 70 challenger. I'm looking to get a kit and I want to paint it yellow. problem is I'm not sure what shade of yellow it is. this is the yellow I'm looking for.
  3. Darn I was really hoping there was one out there. oh well. Thanks for the help anyways.
  4. Is there a kit out there of a dodge dakota that isn't a curbside because I need engine detail. Thanks
  5. I'm not sure if I'll need to do it yet. I might still be able to sand it out but I'd like to know what I could use to strip regular krylon paint from my cars. my cousin told me there is some dot 3 brake fluid in the garage but I'd like to make sure it would work. Thanks
  6. well I definitely can't forget. I guess I was to young to really understand what was going on, and I have to laugh at myself when I think back to that day. My fourth grade year had just started and I had had surgery a few weeks before. I was out of school for a check up to see if everything was healing correctly. We were at the hospital waiting room when all of a sudden everyone was staring at the tv gasping and a few screaming. I didn't understand what was going on so after a while I started getting bored and maybe a little angry. After it all happened they finally called me in and the check up literally took less than five minutes. It was annoying as heck. But today I look back and wonder how I would react if that had happened today. To all those who lost there lives RIP.
  7. Hope the best for you man. My family lives near Salladasburg PA, thankfully my from what my mom said they got six inches of ran and the worst they got there was a washed out driveway. but I guess alot of bridges and roads are gone.
  8. That's beautiful. I love the '70 challenger.

Nicely done, It's PINK but I like it.
  10. I'm having some problems. I would like to know the best glue to use and your recommended method of safely placing the windows into place. thanks
  11. I recently bought some paint from jimnohio. when i received them and tried using them neither can would spray. i removed the nozzle of one and found an orange goo in the nozzle and coming from the can(the paint is silver). i took a needle and poked it into the hole on top of the can and the nozzle and finally got it to spray but the paint is chunky even after shaking, and the nozzle sticks and i have to pull it up for it to stop spraying. the other can is like that but without the goo. i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and could offer some advice on how to fix the problem. Thanks
  12. thank you everyone for the information. there's both an autozone and a home depot basically down the street. I'll have to stop in some time and see what i find.
  13. I need to get some sandpaper, and i was wondering what grit sandpaper is best for different jobs like smoothing out bodywork, and fixing paint imperfections. thanks.
  14. I found an old prepaid playstation network card that i used for the fender. now i just need to fill it out and i hoping the testors contour putty will work because its just a small spot but i've never done any bodywork so we'll see.
  15. no i don't any styrene but that does give me an idea, Thanks.
  16. My aunt just bought me revell's '68 dodge dart hemi and i cut out the fenders but i cut to much from the one side and was wondering if testors contour putty could fix it because its all i have and i don't have the money for a new body or for another putty. All i need to do is round out the fender.
  17. Well normally I use Krylon but since I moved to NY my local walmart doesn't carry it and i bought the rustoleum instead.
  18. Ok thanks, I was worried it wouldn't work. but i guess i'll just have to cross my fingers with the lacquer
  19. I just bought a can of rustoleum automobile primer at walmart. and was wondering if it was safe to use on my models. also i wanted to know if i could spray testors one coat lacquer over top of it. thanks.
  20. you'd be hard pressed to find good pictures of drift interiors because there isn't really anything specific that has to be done. many people leave it stock, some mod it a little, some strip it to bare bones and the professionals have the full race car interior it just depends on what you want. here's a pro interior simple bare bone ] absolute bar bone
  21. did this start from my thread? if it did wow, i don't see why everyone was arguing. I love both sides. Muscle has raw power, and tuners are just plain fun and with work can be just as powerful. I have never heard an answer that's actually shown how one side is better than the other, and i never will so there is no reason to fight over which is better.
  22. I got this idea to take an old charger and combine it with a viper, take the engine and bits of the suspension and such from the viper and put it in the charger. thing is I've never done anything close to this and in the process of mocking up the front end i noticed a problem and I'm not sure how to fix it, and i was hoping someone here would help. Heres the problem the control arms are to far back and also i'd like to lower the front end as well. see its not quite centered and the wheels won't fit right and I'd also like to lower it here is how i attached the front
  23. actually more people drift skylines than you'd think. I'm pretty sure there is a version of the r32 skyline that is rwd, and many are converted. i wasn't sure what you wanted but heres a few pictures i found I prefer the more simple look cause I like -all go with a little show!
