  1. I got bitten by the floor monster a couple of weeks ago when it stole the steering wheel from the Camaro I was working on. I searched everywhere, my wife came in and searched everywhere and it was gone. 2 days ago I found it sitting in plain view under the bench. I guess he didn't like it. Go figure.
  2. I'd also like to thank everyone who has been involved in creating this kit. I just can't wait to build a few of them. My first car was a 73 Chevelle that was a butternut yellow when I got it. I then had it painted metallic blue and finally firemist burgandy. I would love to do one of each.
  3. Nice job Gary. I used to build models when I travelled to install computer systems. It was a great way to pass down time with nothing to do and kept me out of trouble. Then with all of the restrictions put in place for air travel I could no longer bring paint and tools on the road.
  4. Looks great Micheal, the paint is smooth as glass.
  5. Wow Mike, that is some fine scratch building you have done. With those slicks on the back I am sure that stange will have no problem hooking up. lol I love it.
  6. I have a couple of these kits in the stash. I was just looking at the convertible and it appears to be OK. Now I just have to dig through and find the others. I did build one awhile back and it is OK. I must of been lucky to not get one of the incorrect versions. I agree with the 1/20 scale not being a big seller. I really couldn't understand why they were producing kits in that scale. There were a few that would have been great in 1/24 or 1/25 scale.
  7. Wow, that really was a spetacular accident. My thoughts go out to the fans who were injured.
  8. What a beautiful job you have done with this kit Rod. Kits were made to be built. Nobody should be offended by the masterpiece you have created here.
  9. Really nice outcome on this car. I dread BMF on any car let alone one with this much chrome to do. Great job.
  10. Very nice resto job. The paint looks liquid. In other words awesome!
  11. It would be a shame if they disappeared from the market. I just love the 66 Chevelle kit. Whenever I see a decent price on that auction site I grab it. I actually found one on there yesterday for $12 plus shipping. I also like their 61 Impala kit. They have some great kits they could re-issue that would create some good cash flow for them.
  12. Glad to hear everything went well. Kick back and relax! This is your time to heal and feel better.
  13. Is this the Revell kit? I sure like what you have done with it so far.
  14. The blue paint you used is beautifull. I love the wheels as well.
  15. Great job for a quick build. I'd love to see some engine pictures.
  16. I think someone must of stole it.
  17. I just loved these little cars back in the day. A friend of mine had one in high school and I remember countless hours cruising around town in the little beast. Very nice build of a very cool car. This would be a great kit to re-issue.
  18. She really did a nice clean job of building this mustang. Great to see kids building and even better to see the big smile.
