  1. Thanks a million for the help with the pics and thanks for the comments...
  2. http://public.fotki.com/twaits/stock/1963-galaxie/ Kryon Bright Red, White Gel Pen for Sidewalls, Masking Tape for Vinyl Top, BMF and Black Frisket Paper for trim.
  3. http://public.fotki.com/twaits/stock/1963-galaxie/100-2302.html Trying some new techniques I have read about from various other builders... 1. Masking Tape for Vinyl Top, Brush painted Flat Black, Dry fogged with Black Spray 2. White Gel Pen for sidewalls using a Geometry set for circles 3. Black Frisket for the Black inside the BMF side trim Allot of work but worth it...
  4. i have only seen the no door panel trick once before and it's on one in my collection. I like the door panels on yours much better than mine and others builders should give it a whirl...not as easy as it looks though.
  5. Dirt Tracker I built for close friend. Usual mods for creating dirt subjects and thanks to Greg Holland for the decals. TW
  6. Great work...I remeber it like it was yesterday. I only wish Davey could have beat the old man and won.
  7. If the cement is used sparingly in obsure places it will allow you a free pass to start over in case of a mistake. You may have better luck if you omit the bed floor while painting the sides and fenders. Take a piece of styrene rod or a scrap piece of the parts tree and attach at the tailgate mounting point. After paint drys remove the scrap piece and paint the bed floor brown and you gotta it made...that is if you were gonna paint it wood like
  8. Very nice detailing...I can think of dozen uses for that yellow shade in the NASCAR world..
  9. Very nice work and the possibilities are near endless for that cab. Mr Evan Hermel is the only other person I have seen use this type cab. I was lucky enough to buy one from him a few years back.
  10. Very intuitive to use masking tape for the insulation under the hood...I assume it's masking tape?
