I like to think that I'm building replicas in scale, not model cars. Yes, they're not toys, so mine are all locked down.

Two options.
This one...

And this one. Indycals.

Thanks! The first one may work.

I've started the Lotus and have a question. The wheels in the kit are OK, not great. But the tires are bad. Is there an aftermarket source for the wheels and tires?

I've seen it multiple times.

I'm in the final stages of finishing my BRE 240Z and have lost the grill. 😪 Does anyone have one they can spare or swap for?

Here's a review of the Revell enamels as well as a solution for those who dislike the Revell and Humbrol tinlets.
Barbatos Rex seems to like them. He always sprays spoons. I'm curious how well they would work spraying model car bodies, which aren't as easy as spraying a spoon. He bought bottles to transfer the paint into since the lids are terrible.

I believe that's a Seinfeld inspired myth.

What a bad week. First Racquel and now Stella Stevens. Never a huge star, but she was in The Nutty Professor with Jerry Lewis. If you ever saw her in Playboy, you will surely remember her.

The most beautiful women are, for me, if she's a blonde, it's Barbara Eden, if she's a red head, it's Ann Margret and if she's a brunette, it's Raquel Welch. 😪

I used to have multiple projects going but decided to try the one at a time approach
If I get stuck on something, I might start a new one. I'm at that point right now. I have loads of space but it can get cluttered.

Just wondering if anyone has tried this stuff. If so, what do you think of it?
I searched Amazon and it's priced at $9 to $11 per can for 14 ml or 1/2 oz. Hobbylinc's price is really cheap. Looks like you get a good amount for a decent price. Here's a link

Take care, Carl. I'm almost 79 and things are getting harder to do for me, as well. I just threw my BRE 240Z into the alcohol pond for the third time. I keep making mistakes. I don't want to give up yet. But I certainly understand your predicament.

Hi Tom, I use a 1/2 inch flat brush made by Privateer Press model 93090 for all large surfaces like body, glass etc.
I searched Hobby Lobby and Michael's. Neither has it. What's your source?

I used to dip parts in Future but I now brush it on the part and I think it is actually better.
What brand and size brush do you use?

I built a XKE molded in red plastic. Used Createx Wicked white as a primer and got zero bleed through.

Nice bird with good details. Have you tried the Createx 4053 yet? It's supposed to be more glossy than the 4050. I've got some 4050 but I used acrylic enamel clear on my last build. Was the 4050 easy to work with?

We watch A Christmas Story every year. She was the perfect balance to Darren McGaven and his antics.

Have you tried enclosing your search term in double quotes for exact matches only?
Yeah, if I'm really tired of scrolling, I'll do that.

Yep, Bill you are correct.
Duck,Duck Go, is almost as bad.
I've been using the duck for a while and noticed the same thing. Anyone using anything they'd recommend?

White Tamiya masking tape? It's pretty thin. I'm saying use it as the molding, not for masking.

A few questions. How much was in the container, what was the cost, what types of paint does it remove and where did you get it? PS the ultimate test is Tamiya lacquer primer.
