  1. I'm a cat person. Loved the 3 German Shepherd dogs we had but the two cats we had were just great. I still miss them so much. Our neighbor just made a trip with her two children to the Galapagos Islands for a week and we cared for her cat Rooney. I've grown really attached to him. He's an older cat but still very agile and can leap up into a tall chair easily. I just love him. I'm so sorry for your loss.

It depends on what air brush you're using. I typically use something around 0.5 mm.

I meant 1.05 mm but not on bodies. The #1 is 0.45 mm and the #3 is 0.75 mm. These are Paasche H sizes. I also use a Creos PS-290 with a fan spray tip and a 0.5 mm nozzle. Have I confused everyone enough? 😂

I used to do it and it's like banging your head against the wall. It feels so much better when you stop doing it! I now only use Tamiya primer and paint.

😂 Been there, done that. I still experiment though. Rustoleum acrylic enamel clear works over stuff like Createx and some craft paints.

I don’t think the paint/primer could of been to hot(80 degree day, paint stores in a room temp garage)either way I don’t think I’ll reuse the previously used stuff.

I don't believe they're talking about the actual temperature of the paint, they're talking about the chemical properties being too strong for the plastic and etching or "melting" the plastic.

  5. Or you could go to Harbor Freight and get one a lot cheaper. I've got one with a digital display that I've been using for about 10 years. Is it accurate, I don't know. But I can replicate my results consistently. I'll mash the button to turn on the display, open the trigger on my air brush and adjust it to whatever pressure I need. I don't remember what it cost, but I think it was around $10-$15.

  6. Some may have heard of her but I really love Samantha Fish. Blues rock blend. Her guitars are something else. One is an old gas can. Another is made from an old cigar box. Easy on the eyes too. Check her out.
