Finished this one a few months back. It is academy's hyundai santa fe. Nicely detailed curbside kit, but there was quite a few fitment issues. Did what I could with the body to chassis fit but still not perfect. Painted with tamiya and detailed with Vallejo paints. I love odd ball models so this fits on the shelf perfectly.

Here’s my build of Academy’s 1975 Hyundai Pony. My daily driver is a 2020 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid, so when I discovered this kit I absolutely had to paint it to match my 1:1 car! The kit is designed to assemble without any painting so I left everything but the body and seats/door cards in bare plastic. I did zero prep work to the body, just a coat of Tamiya Fine gray primer and two coats of TS-13 Gloss Aluminum. Seats and door cards are just Tamiya Fine Gray primer. This was a super fun quick build, everything fit perfectly with zero flash or fiddling. Hyundai sure has come a long way in the past 45+ years!

Wait... nobody has built this kit? It's been calling me from the stash, "build me, I'm an easy curbside, don't even think about putting an engine, transaxle, suspension in because you'll never finish." I searched and found nothing.

Hello friends I certainly could not miss this tank in my collection, in my opinion one of the best currently. Over the years it has been updated, hence its four versions that have demonstrated their capabilities on the ground. I wanted to place the model on a platform simulating an arid terrain where it has usually been its battlefield. https://youtu.be/GhRKlpQ7iOQ Greetings and I hope you like mates

This was a really simple kit from Academy. It's not really detailed, but builds into a nice but basic model. No engine detail. It's not really finished, the lenses need to be added, but they are terrible, they look like goggles & distort the lights underneath, so I've going to do something with them later. For now, it's on display! There is a WIP post in the appropriate place if you're interested... Comments welcome.
