Three Rivers Automodelers 39th annual model show and contest! We have a new show location for 2017!! This years show will be held at the Garden City Fire Hall 602 Garden City Drive, Monroeville PA 15146. Show date is SUNDAY, September 24th 2017. 9 AM until 3 PM! Admission is $5.00, children under 12 free with a paid adult. Floor rights are $13.00 at 8 AM!! Contest registration is $2.00 per model!! We have 18 model classes. Our theme for the 2017 show is "Imports" I will be posting more information and pictures, Our show will be returning to Castle Shannon fire hall for 2018. More information will follow! -
Upcoming is one of the top shows in the USA (so we've been told). We always have a great turnout of great models. Last year I think we had a record number of models over 800. So come on over and bring your models. One price covers as many models as you want to bring.

Just a quick note to let everyone know the Oshkosh Wisconsin Model Show has changed its name and location. New Name: Winnebago Area Model Classic Formerly called "HobbyTown USA Fall Model Contest" New Location: La Sure's Hall 3125 South Washburn Street Oshkosh Date: November 14th 2015 Registration: 9:30-11:30 am Show Hours: 9:30 -3:30 This will be our 19th year. The Kalamazoo Scale Modelers and IPMS West Michigan Model Clubs will once again be hosting a contest and this year the theme is “West” We will be at a new venue, so be sure to check out all the information at our website http://www.ipmskalamazoo.org. Look for the 2014 Contest Tab at the top for Categories, Rules, Entry forms and a map. Vendor tables are still available. There will be a raffle and make and take activities also. Registration is from 8:30 to 11:30 EDT Judging from 12:30 to 4:00 Awards at 4:30 Vendors from 9:00 to 3:30 We hope to see you there this year!

I'm fairly new to this hobby and I was wondering if there are any active Clubs or Members in the South/Central Florida area... Made a quick search but all I could find was a Club located in Ocala (Which is about 3 hours from Miami)... As a matter of fact, I believe they are having a show called the Sunshine Challenge today (Found out too late to assist). The only other thread shown in the search is from back in 2011. I would also like to know if there are any major shows, swap meets or even seminars in this area... Or National events worth traveling. If you feel you are in the same situation and want to start something from scratch, please feel free to posts your comments. Thank you for reading. -
