am73grand
I have been a bit under the weather lately and have not been building/or posting much. I recently traded for a Soffseal '57 Chevy pro sportsman kit. I've always wanted a '57 Chevy pro mod so the Soffseal body is the perfect starting place: I really don't like the way the front end is shaped on this body though......After doing some thinking/ searching I found a Revell '57 Chevy funnycar body. I chopped the nose off the funny and will graft it onto the sportsman body: I also cut the rockers off the body to get it lower to the ground. Next I had to cut out the hood. Five minutes with a razor saw and I was done: I may or may not add the cowl scoop. It's going to depend on where the engine ends up in the frame. This one is getting a blown Hemi for power. Should look pretty wicked when done...... As always thanks for looking.
