84vanagon
No, the one my Dad has is the yellow and green one you may see on Discovery channel every now and then. Cool. I'm a Discovery addict, but haven't seen it. What show is it on? Thanks!

Modelmartin
The 6-wheeled Indy Car was called the Clancy Special, I believe. Don's car is a 1903 Ford Model A. Here's one for you guys. Edited March 29, 2009 by Modelmartin

84vanagon
Don's car is a 1903 Ford Model A. Correct. I thought it would be harder since Ford and Cadillac shared bodies back then.
FujimiLover
Cool. I'm a Discovery addict, but haven't seen it. What show is it on? Thanks! This is the one my Dad owns. When he was a teenager he was friends with the designer and flew in this very one when he was 15. Decades later he found it for sale in a magazine and purchased it, then discoverd it was the same one he flew in as a kid. So very important to him. 84vanagon
This is the one my Dad owns. TOO COOL!!!!! Thanks for the picture! I'll keep an eye on T.V. for it. The flying cars have always intrigued me. Did you know that there was a scale model made of the Aerocar? I have seen a few of them for sale on evil-bay, but they always bring major $$$! Any enterprising resin casters listening?!
