Michael J Corcoran
My wife wanted me to build a pink convertible for her. Of the 'vert kits I had, she chose a thrift store find. A Dodge Viper, the kit was mostly all there and unbuilt with instructions missing. The windshield frame was broken and missing 1/2" from the center above the glass. After rebuilding it from styrene stock and a lot of massaging this is where its at. Im building it box stock, despite no instructions. espo
I like the hood treatment, was that from the kit or something you did ?
Michael J Corcoran
Thanks guys. I like the hood treatment, was that from the kit or something you did ?I painted the hood like that to try resembling snake skin. Solid florescent pink, fine knit onion bag over the pink then a light coat of graphite gray. finished off with pearl clear.

Michael J Corcoran
Last mock-up. Should be finished and under glass by the end of tomorrow. I decided to smoke the wheels to darken them, thought it would look good with the colors and the fact that there is zero chrome on this car other than the headlight bezels.
