socal76
Wonder if we will really get the kit with Ferrari's annouced suspension of rights, rumoured to be due to the spinoff from Fiat.

jaydar
Have you checked out the 1/16 Fujimi-Testors 288 GTO?It's tempting, but I regret to say I am a scale snob. It just won't fit in with other cars and bikes I have. Thanks,Joe.

Exotics_Builder
Fujimi also did a 1/24 scale 288 GTO. Yep, and a very NICE kit.
niteowl7710
They also just reissued the 288 GTO EM kit a few months ago molded in white.
Matt Bacon
Do you get the full engine in the re-issued EM kit? Mine is the full detail version, and I find it hard to imagine how the rear end goes together WITHOUT the engine holding it all together. It was definitely a build where I could have used another pair of hands (at least), and my memory is that everything is hanging off everything else... bestest,M. They've reissued a number of the EM kits "silently" in other series as well. The Daytona, LP400, 930 Turbo, and 73 Carerra RS all came out in the past two Circuit Wolf series. The Daytona was also just reissued in the regular Ferrari line like the 288 GTO.
