John Goschke
Might be better to start with an AMT '65 or the often-reissued '66 T-bird, since most of the identifiable body sections come from a '65 Thunderbird.

John thanks.......it did not dawn on me that AMT made a 66 Thunderbird......the 65 model kit was way to much......so I ordered a AMT 66 kit......now I need to wait another week before I start it......I probably would have modified the 58 to look like the 65 ......but,this will be way easier......I got a hold of Eric on Facebook and he is going to guide me along with some detailed pictures.
