blunc
a 3D printed Cummins engine "trans-kit" would seem to be a better option, maybe an opportunity is being missed in this case ( haven't researched to see if available).
Jon Cole
I always run on the theory that I will never get the early model Corvair coupe, or truck. "Too odd" I thought. Then we get a Hudson. Then we start getting one year off variations of cars we already have in plastic. So the heck with that theory. A 1964 Greenbriar Van sure would be sweet. This could be followed up with a Corvair Rampside Truck. Finish it up with a Corvan Panel Truck. Of course, if they wanted to do a Rampside wheelstander, I won’t complain! You won't get quite the mileage out of the tooling as the Hudsons, but at three versions, not too bad. And the drivetrain could always be used on a '64 Monza Coupe or convertible!
socal76
Jon, I have to admit, I am still a bit surprised the Corvair Ramside has not yet been done, because it is so unique. The Greenbrier is a bit less interesting to me. But how about doing all of the Big 3 early vans? Granted you can get the Dodge from Jimmy Flinstone, but many are still too wary of resin transkits. If you did the Ford, not only could you do the Econline Van, but also the pickup. Imagine a Little Red Wagon staged up to a Blue Oval Ford! And even though Chevy never did a pickup off their van chassis, nothing to prohibit us modelers from doing one in scale! And I still want to do a VW conversion using the early pickup along with the engine out of a late model Turbo 993 race car! Twin Turbo mounted mid engine with a tonneau cover over the bed! Let's see, $40.00 for a Fujimi 911 Turbo to get the motor or the same for a Tamiya GT3 car plus another $40.00 for the Hasegawa VW Pickup (or could do it with the Hasegawa VW van). Ok , maybe after I win Powerball or Mega-Millions!. You know you HAVE to add some Photo-Etch to make it stand out, plus some kick-arse paints and polished out smoother than a baby's you know what! And you still have to get all your other kits you want or "need"! Edited March 4, 2016 by socal76

Put those three kits into an eBay search engine. Every time one becomes available, you get it in an email. With patience and bidding a bunch of times, you will eventually win one for cheap. Or someone will list one with a $15 Buy It Now and you'll get the email and see it before anyone else. I have a couple of Fujimi Porsches and haven't paid more than $10 each.
