Force Posted February 14, 2016 Share Posted February 14, 2016 The AMT 49 Mercury was first issued in 1962 or 63 so it would probably have been a 413 Max Wedge, the 426 Max Wedge came 1963 and was replaced with the 426 Hemi sometime in1964...but the 413 and the 426 looks the same so it really doesn't matter.
