Hello all,

I have completed my build up of the Revell of Germany London Bus. This is definitely a time consuming kit and not for the faint of heart. All-in-all it was a fun build bit it took me 6 1/2 months to complete and I am glad it is over. The whole thing is painted with acrylic paint. The body is cleared with Krylon Gloss clear. I detailed the engine with some parts from Pro-tech. I also made my own umbrellas, breifcase, sling shot, and magazines for the interior. I hope you enjoy.

Thanks,
Paul

Very nice. I like it a lot. But it begs the question - what happened to all the passengers? Was there a bomb threat? Accident? Struck by alien people-snatchers?

Wow Paul. Looks like you've scuffed up the face of the steps, and stained the seats to show use. Well Done.

Wow! That's a lot of work! However, you have built a great looking bus with lots of detail. Congrats!

Beautifully done model. Really makes me miss London of the late '60s-early '70s. Even the looks-like washed-out morning sunshine is perfect. :D

I know I've already left a comment on youtube, but this really is a stunning build Paul, your attention to detail is amazing, great to see some photos of it, I'm sure it's even more impressive in the flesh.

You can definitely tell you have some English blood in you mate 😉.

Awesome job on the double deck Paul.

I have one of these sitting on the to do pile. Now I know I am going to need a lot if time and patience.

I was thinking the same thing.

The bus is beautiful... but appears abandon.

At the very minimum you need a driver.
