Quick GMC
looks awesome. What do you do for the patina on the body? paint different layers, then sand through?
JTRACING
looks awesome. What do you do for the patina on the body? paint different layers, then sand through?thanks guys, for the paint I airbrush duplicolor red primer on, then added more brown colors to that, then airbrushed the blue over top leaving some rust spots. then go back over with some artist oils to add some more fading and rain streaks, scratches etc. Seal all in with a flat varnish Edited March 29, 2016 by JTRACING

W-409
Another winner from your bench for sure. That weathering is as perfect as it gets and I really like how that Hemi fits in there. Using that Chrysler's original air cleaner on this one is a great idea too, and I like your details a lot. Especially that half-full Coca Cola bottle is a great idea. Fantastic work.
