phil-east
I built these two vipers box stock with a bit of weathering, great kits to build and they look good on the shelf together. I used these to work on my weathering techniques before i get started on a load of star wars kits i have. I learned quite a lot building them and am quite happy with the results. any feedback both positive and negative is welcome. Thanks for looking. phil-east
Thanks guys, i also prefer the mk.ll. where would i find a 1st gen blunc ?
blunc
Revell and Monogram marketed the Viper MK1, I have not heard that it has been reissued so you will have to search auction or collector sites. I had heard of a guy that made one out of toilet paper rolls... it was fondly referred to as a Colonial Wiper. phil-east
cool i will keep an eye out for one, until then i may consider a "colonial wiper" but with my lack of cardboard scratchbuilding experience i worry about it looking like poop Edited May 25, 2016 by phil-east
Roadrunner
I like them both. This reminds me, I've got to get one of the big Cylon Raider kits, they're just too cool.

darthsideous
The mark 1 viper has been released by mobieus models and the reissued monogram kit is very easy to find on eBay for resonable prices. By the way you did a great job both models look fantastic!
