GearUpJammer
Thanks Dan,Gator and Tom.A little more progress today, interior almost done and resprayed cab roof.I had to putty the holes for the roof mounts a/c unit and a small gouge above the passenger window after a tool fell off my peg board onto the truck.Ordered custom door signs from Diecast and Decals for my friends business. Can't wait to surprise him with this model,he's an old Mack lover like me. GearUpJammer
Thanks guys, finished the interior yesterday.Installed the heater box and blower motor even though the directions didn't show it.Had to modify it slightly but it will be passable anyway.Hope to finish the truck up next week. GearUpJammer
The final stages, light at the end of the tunnel.Of course I dropped one of the brake light housings and can't find it!
Andrew Howard
Cool Mack,so far Gearjammer.KFS do a nice MACK Photoetch badge set,for future builds,if you want one.
GearUpJammer
Thanks Andrew!I"ll keep that in mind, the kit badging does look a bit clunky. This is my second build,so my learning curve is steep and I appreciate any advice. One of the many things I did learn from this forum is to mount the cab with the hood attached to avoid problems later which is why my hood is taped on temporarily.
