crazyjim
I'm just wondering what builders use to make generator/alternator brackets and how they make the brackets. Edited May 25, 2016 by crazyjim

StevenGuthmiller
I usually just make my own with sheet styrene. It's a little "fiddly" but it gets the job done. Steve

Harry P.
I agree with Steve... sheet and or strip styrene. But step #1 is always a google image search so I have a good reference photo to use.
crazyjim
Detail Master has some PE brackets but they have a $20 minimum order. Can't find any on ebay. I pounded out some thin solder today and will try that on the Hemi going into a '64 Dodge 330.

I got a little closer to correct on the '65 Dodge. Steve Edited May 25, 2016 by StevenGuthmiller
Drake69
Yup, sheet styrene is the easiest way to go. Look up the alternator bracket for the model year on Google for an image and draw the pattern onto the sheet, then cut it out, paint it, and mount it to the block.
