RestoModGuy
This was my senior year of High School 1979 drafting design project. I drew it, built it from sheet plastic and plastic-wood with squadron green putty. There are a few kit parts, tires/wheels, interior, engine from an old F1 racer but other than that, this one is all my design and build. I was very lucky to have it survive nearly 40-years and still stay together.

Intmd8r
I find a new appreciation for you efforts ever time I look at the pics.Just noticed the steering wheel-did you source that from the AMT '53 Ford P/U? It looks identical to the one I just used in my '29 Rat Rod. Talk about polar opposites......

bbowser
That reminds me of the Craftsman contests back in the '50s (I think). Amazing work, I love the paint.
Yahshu
Totally awesome, must have some real bad blind spots though, I'd still drive it, and it's survived 40yrs which is really cool.

Spex84
Awesome. That's a piece of history right there! I'm so glad it has survived. You did a fantastic job designing and building it all those years ago. The fact that it has opening doors is particularly impressive, considering the materials it's constructed from!
