fairlane1320
Looking for some 1/25 1960s Ford Super Duty truck scoops, also used on Pontiac drag cars. Any out there?
leafsprings
Frontier resins offers a '57-60 super duty with the scoop, it might be available separately, not sure. It does not have the grill piece. I am working on a '60 Ford T 950 super duty right now. Edited June 25, 2016 by leafsprings
plastic trucker
Is there another way to get his stuff other than eBay?

It does not have the grill piece. I am working on a '60 Ford T 950 super duty right now. I asked Frontier, he would not sell me one outside of a kit. I've been leaning towards buying this one from him........... http://www.ebay.com/itm/1957-to-60-ford-big-job-1-25-/231992444899?hash=item3603d3c7e3:g:5e4AAOSwuTxWAylS But after reading this thread, I don't know.... And the scoop looks kind of sketchy.....
leafsprings
I'm just glad that someone is doing some of these forgotten heavy duty big gas trucks, I bought his GMC B 7000 also for the same reason. I'll support any resin casters who offers to fill in the large void of medium and heavy duty trucks. They are great for someone who has limited scratch building skills, the kits get you very close. I am in the process of squaring out the front fenders on my Super Duty, they came too rounded for some reason.
