socal76
True, the slicks stick out too far, but that is still the only kit to have that hood. And yet nobody has repopped the hood in resin to this day that I am aware of.

Bucket T
This one's next in line for a rebuild. All I need is a windshield, rt door handle, and decals. Not a fan of centerlines, so I will try to use the rims from the 65 Mustang. The 1:1 didn't have the centerlines anyway.
Greg Myers
All generic parts available their other MPC Vett kits.
unclescott58
I got the Ertl reissue molded in black last month. It does not have the hood shown on box of Rod Shop version. I've always wondered, could the Rod Shop version be built as a stock Corvette like the other versions of the kit?MPC's 1/16th scale '63 Corvette is one of my all time favorite kits. And the one I recently picked up will be built stock.
