I actually like the first... they are something different. Although they should fit te rest of the team of the car (Think Coyote 5.0, IRS, modern interior and a modern color like that silver...). Dare to be different.

Or the 4th. Not too common as well...

This kit actually comes with an IRS, Mustang II front suspension, and a tuned-port small block.......... It would make a good basis to build the type of car you are describing.....

I like the last 2 but, I'm kinda a traditionalist myself. What kit is this may I ask?

It's the Revellogram '37 Ford Coupe.............. The "GoodGuys" and the "California Wheels" versions both come with two sets of wheels, the Cragars in the last pic and a set of modern 5-spoke wheels............

Probably my favorite kit!

The "best" wheels kind of depend on where you're going with the rest of the build.

'50s rod? '50s custom? '60s rod? Current-day street cruiser? Make that decision and the wheels/tires will almost select themselves. B)
