buffalobill
Does anyone know of a source for resin (or plastic) '55 Olds headlight buckets & trim rings in 1/25 scale)?. Want to use separate clear headlights in them, so old promo parts won't work for me. They were a popular headlight found on many customs back in the day. . . Ace-Garageguy
like these? That looks like the die-cast Welly 1/26 (yes, 1/26) scale model available on Ebay for $15+. The scale isn't going to be a problem for a 1/25 model. You'll never notice the difference.
Sledsel
Yes, it is a die-cast. I bought it as a kit from Wally World. Built up nice and looks at home with my kits Edited September 23, 2016 by Sledsel
buffalobill
Thanks for the info. Those are the headlights that I'm after. And, it looks like there are other parts such as side trim, bumpers, grill surround, tail lights, hub caps, windshield frame, dash board & interior panels, etc., that could be useful for kitbashing. Gotta get that diecast. . .Again, thanks!
