65 Chevelle Superwagon

Built this one 2-3 years ago. Paint isnt the best -- didnt have any good clearcoat at the time. What i had was old n kept messing up. Maybe one day... lol

Kit went together decently, although i didn't care for the molded to chassis exhaust or the metal-rod-thru-the-oil-pan-front-"axle" type front end. Ultimately just wanted a quick build so i left it be.

I'm thinking about getting another one of these to chop up into a crew cab elko ;)

Nice! Brings back memories of many hours spent in the back of the old "family  truckster" during family vacations. Usually with a large camper trailer in tow so dad always opted for big blocks and trailer package with a steeper rear end.

This made them quite a sleeper like yours would be. Heaven help the poor kid in his primered up Nova who would try to pass the old man or beat him off the line at a stoplight:P
