1960 Plymouth Fury Htop

Love it!

I found one of these as a built up a few years ago & rebuilt it.

Still one of my favorite pieces.

Steve, how have you managed the work on the rear taillight ? Is it BMF or Alclad paint ? This part was a real challenge for me and I'm not that happy about my work on it... ;)

Beautifully built - and what amazing looking cars these were.

Looks great. Not really a Mopar guy and I had forgotten how wild the fins were on those.

They were a real "bugger" weren't they Emmanuel!

I did mine in foil, but they weren't easy.

Just a lot of time and more than one piece of foil.

This is one of the very few gripes that I have with some of these old Johan kits, molding the bezels to the body.

The '60 Dodge was no fun either.

I pulled a fast one on the '59 Dodge & actually sawed off the tail light bezels & had them chromed! ;)

A really nice build and the colors are beautiful! That's my absolute "dream-car" . But since they're hard to find for decent money in 1:1 , I'll have to stick to the 1/25 ones, and I do....I think there are 6 of them in my collection ;)
