Bennyg
Researching this project, I found that the chassis rails in the western series of Mack trucks varied to the usual r series chassi rails. It turns out they were straight rails on the RS700L. This is great news for me as making a whole chassis should be easier than altering the snap tight chassis. Bennyg
An update on the chassis. Next to an unmidified chassis. Ben

Bennyg
Not much to report for April. I've started to make air brake detail. I've had to do 2 assignments for uni plus overtime at work so hopefully pictures in May of my progress.Ben

Bennyg
Hi fellas, I'm still doing this build. I've also started working on the trailer. The 2 hole bud wheels for the prime mover have been giving me trouble. They're too big and don't look right, so I'm working on modifying the kit rims and using auslowe 1/32 wheels to make the wheels. Cheers.Ben
angelo7
How's this project doing Ben? I built one of these recently as a Rubber Duck also but with the regular hood and sleeper.

I had the wrong mould release and have finally worked out why my 2 piece mould were not working. Ben
