Got some on order though they had a stand at the ipms nationals at Telford last year, thought I'd give them a try, I'm glad I did, just a tip, you need to build up the black basecoat in fine layers, leave to dry for half an hour or so, and then do the wet coat, then leave to dry for 72 hours before starting the chrome. Crizila Posted February 6, 2017 Share Posted February 6, 2017 While waiting for the paint and the photo etch detail sheet to arrive, I've been busy airbrushing all of the other parts Engine parts painted gold Bumper painted gloss black basecoat ready for the chrome Body in primer Chassis built up and primered Dash top painted in satin black Seats and interior side panels airbrushed Impressive work!! Engine installed in the chassis Started the bmf on the bonnet (Sorry, Hood) All four wheels fitted, and as a bonus, they all tough the ground at the same time ... Very nice piece up there with Missing Link as in quality.Purchased a very nice 58 Chrysler conversion from Australia,but if i remember right it`s a New Yorker.Btw the 300 is coming along nicely.
