Mr Stock
Another glue bomb restoration off the bench this year, just completed this Johan Olds Toronado. It was in a pretty sorry state when I got it painted green and the paint had etched into the body, the front suspension was all broken and I had to do a lot of work to even have something for the front wheels to attach too!. So after a lot of fabricating and filler work later. .....and anybody that's tried restoring an old Johan will know just how delicate the plastic is, anyway she's done, not added any aftermarket parts, just used what the kit would have had originally. I painted it with car spray paint and lacquer and fabricated a vinyl roof using the masking tape method. I'm happy with it and it's another one saved, hope you all like it too. Snake45
Nicely done! I have two of these needing resto (both AMT '68s, I think), so I know EXACTLY what you mean about the fragile, fidgety FWD parts. I feel your pain and salute your work on this one.
