If you are near Richmond Virginia , look for me to once again be a participant at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens Holiday festival of lights and Miniatures show opening November 2018 . You can NOW go to Art Forms design on face Book and see previous shots of the miniatures and of the lights . This up coming show will present two Richmond Virginia buildings , the former J-H garage, a 1920 Marland Oil dealer on Forrest Hill ave and 1205 West Franklin , former Coffee house where Bruce Springsteen , Elizabeth Cotton and Richard Leigh used to play on Saturday nights .

Everything I own is on the Que to be built, its the WHEN  part thats the problem.

But physically on the bench  or at the least very close by at the moment

Lawman 1964 Plymouth Super stock  426 wedge

Golden Commandos 1964 Plymouth Super Stock  426 Hemi

Johan Plymouth Superbird - replica build of a friends former car

MPC 1970 Challenger 340 - replica of my former car

I dont build much ( aka NONE ) in the summer time. So it'll be a few more months before I get time to get back to the bench

Gee, I've only got two:

1. Pontiac hot rod -- Club de Mer body narrowed, shortened and simplified (already done) put on a mostly scratchbuilt hod rod chassis with an exposed Pontiac V8 and rear axle. It would be as if it was commissioned by Pontiac in the early '60s as a show car to appeal to the youth market.

2. '66 Riviera radical custom -- Imagine the four fenders cut off, the remaining body narrowed about a foot (already done), then the four fenders "floating" in their original positions. It would be sort of like a car from the '30s but much lower and sleeker.

I have too many to count, and some of the more interesting ones are already represented on the board here as WIPs.

I'm sure nobody really wants to see a list of my never-never builds. ;)

But your half-builts are as interesting as anything on this forum. I'd settle for a recap roundup. :)

Me...LOL.. I have a ton of stuff planed for the bench most are waiting due to needed parts though.

I have around 100 old models and promos together that were my dads I need to get restored.

I have around 50 build idea projects I want to start on once I can.

I have a goal to build replicas of as many vehicles the family had owned over the years possible.

After seeing this I don't have any projects anymore.

I'll be too busy to watch yours :-)

But on my list are:

RWB 993 Porsche

Rocket Bunny Mazda RX-7 FD3

1970 Buick GSX Pro Street

2002 Camaro Pro Stock

Matt and Debby Hayes Thunderbird Pro Street

1970 1/2 Camaro Pro Street (inspired by Monza's Camaro of Street Outlaws)

A couple of 1999 Camaro's (based on the Camaro I used to have: a base Z28 As I bought it, upgraded like how I sold it and one how it would have evolved if I had been able to hold on to it longer and do with it as I had in mind).

1948 Ford Coupe custom, based on a Juha Airio kit ( https://public.fotki.com/Rikster/model_cars/model_cars_from_others/models_by_juha_airio-1/48_ford_custom/ )

1970 1/2 Camaro Pro touring

I like this topic!!

I'm trying to get back into my original '63-'67 AMT & MPC Corvette restos project. Gonna try to get to get maybe a half dozen of them done this year; I have two active on the bench right now ('66 MPC Coupe and '65 AMT Roadster). Also have a couple mid-'70s Vette promos I'd like to polish out and lay my Snake-fu on. Oh, and the AMT '53 and Mako Shark I snappers. And an MPC '67 Charger, and a '61 Ranchero.

Other than that, not much....

This reminds me of why I limit myself to just a max of two projects at once. I used to have four or five and I would just loose my way as to what I was doing bouncing from one to the other. I'm putting the finishing touches on a build for the Hartland  Model Car contest this weekend.  I have been building one of the Hemi-Hydro kits I bought several years ago, for a tow vehicle I have modified a '66 Chevelle wagon. So I have a modified ski boat and trailer and the wagon all going at once. I'm again convinced that I should just do one at a time in the future.
