Ace-Garageguy
No idea. None, zero, period. Thought I had a clue, but it went nowhere. I thought I had a pretty good handle on things in this vein, but this one's got me stumped. Nice job.
peteski
It's pretty in pink . . .
otherunicorn
So, this is what you get when you cross a miata with an E type. It seems ALL of the people who own these (assuming there is more than one) are too embarrassed to post pictures on the internet. Zero, zip, zilch, nada, nothing. DonW
Depends where you look, but I dredged the manufacturers name from the dark corners of my memory after a few days trying not to think about it!
Sixties Sam
Well, when do we get the answer?

carsntrucks4you
This time it was really tough. I thought that our European modellers had a clue. But 3 members find out what kind of car this was. Congratulations tomaltsrDonWdw1603
dw1603
Fairthorpes were never pretty, there was one version with three headlights.
Earl Marischal
My immediate thought was Fairthorpe but I couldn't find an image that matched, so gave up and started going through all the other kit car makers from the 1950s and 1960s. Never did find it.steve
DonW
A dreadful thing...I knew it was a Fairthorpe (founder was Air Vice Marshall Donald Clyfford Tyndall Bennet, CB, CBE, DSO) but the Electron that it was based on didn't have all the hideous fibreglass and plop all over it - and sure enough it's a reincarnation from the 80's masterminded by his son, Torix. It was designed to fit a V8. I'm not making this up....Thankfully this particular one only has a 2.3 litre Ford V6 in it.Thanks,-Don. otherunicorn
It was obviously a British styled kit-car, but despite putting in many hours of searching, I was unable to find anything like it.
