Slotto
This truck was a redo I built back in the 90's. The first was rather boring in lavender and was built box stock with all the 90's flair including a billet steering wheel. I got these wheels from a 1/24 scale R/C Cuda. They are a little oversized but I think this looks really cool. I had to omit the inner fender wells and tub out the rear. I used a prescription medication bottle cut in half. I had to scratch build the exhaust and the drive shaft. I used tubed aluminum make this happen.
Slotto
The Wally World flat white on the outside and duplicolor plymouth red on the inside. After I sprayed the body about 3 times, I rubbed it down with a fresh bounce sheet. I know this sounds crazy but it just evens everything out and leaves a nice satin sheen. For the exhaust, I used paper clips for the hangers and the box kit's tips. I had to heat and bend the original pipes to make the connection from the headers. The build thread can be found on the workbench Thanks for looking Edited June 18, 2017 by Slotto
