martinfan5 Posted August 31, 2017 Share Posted August 31, 2017 Working on three of the new Fusion kits, one will be fore Kurt's Monster Energy , one for Brad K's Miller Lite, and Ryan Blaney's Ford that he won at Pocono , decals 'are coming Mike's Decal and Powerslide, and Kurts and Blaney are coming from Stoney's Custom's. Chassis( 1of 3), paint is SEM Promax Chassis Grey 61113, removed the molded in fuel line and added the fuel line and return line, added the steering column, not seen is addition of the missing roll bar Engine , painted with a combo of Metalizers from Model Master and matt black on oil pan At this stage, waiting on plug wire and decals Plug wires added, still think the wire I used is too big, I used 30Ga , still waiting on some decals for the valve covers. martinfan5 Posted September 1, 2017 Author Share Posted September 1, 2017 Some paint was applied, Tamiya white and Tamiya Bright Red, I used Tamiya X4 Blue on the white duce , but thinking its not dark enough, thinking about doing another coat to see if I can get it darken up some, applied it over a grey primer.
