Mercuryman54
Fantastic!!! I like it!!! I bought a 1:1 1977 F-250 highboy new. I've always loved this body style.

Renegade
Nice build. Is it based on the Firestone kit? Also what color did you use? It looks great on that truck.
DRIPTROIT 71
Excellent work!! One of the best builds of this kit that I've seen!
espo
This has the perfect OEM look even with the big wheels and tires. What impresses me the most is the engine wiring. Even the correct brake lines off of the master cylinder. The wiring along the firewall really adds to the look.
donb
Everything about the this build looks "right". A fine looking vehicle.

1972coronet
FANTASTIC work , Andy ! WOW !! I agree with the sentiment of the others ; this is the finest example of this truck I've seen ! Tamiya's Light Gun Metal works so well , even as an amphiviate for OEM colours ( think : MPC's 1975 Dart Sport ... which is the colour I painted mine ! ).That engine is splendid ! Is that kit's engine supposed to represent an FE ( 360 / 390 ) or the 385-Series ( 429 / 460 ) ?
carrucha
Cool build. Well built and detailed. The body color works well on this truck.
mikemodeler
Great job! Like the others said, the paint is perfect. Love the details and those wheels give it a much more off road look.
Funkychiken
Fantastic truck! I love how the paint looks to scale & the details are near perfect!

Againmikewins
I wish my 1:1 was as clean as your replica is under the hood! Dentside's are my favorite Ford trucks and you did a phenomenal job!

rkeel
AMT called it a 460, which like a 429 is a 385 series. It's closer to an FE, 360 or 390, other FEs weren't available in trucks. Nice looking truck by the way, love the color!!
