espo
Depends on what how and what you are trying to paint. If I can I'll mask off what I want to paint and spray paint. Some detail areas just have to be done with a brush. The biggest problems you have is all the door detail and the meeting of the seat and seat back are hard to mask and not getting any bleed thru on the base color. StevenGuthmiller
Usually it takes a combination of spray & brush to get a good looking interior. It probably can be done with all spray, but for small areas, masking & brush painting will do the trick. I sprayed the overall colors on this '61 Buick interior, but all of the stripes are done with a brush. Steve

crazyjim
Thanks for the compliment Rob. I always brush interiors by hand.
Snake45
Most of my interiors these days are either black, black/white, or tan. I'll most often just rattle-can the main color in either gloss or flat, then coat it with a semigloss clear. Then I'll hand-brush the trim and details.
