Nice concept and excellent execution!  It looks like you really pulled-off the tailgate- conversion/integration too; sure would like to see a straight-on, rear-shot of it to see better how that tailgate looks!

Hi Mark, thanks. I just followed the trunk lines straight down & cut. If the tail lights look weird it's because I lost the ones from the kit & had to make new ones. I was going to make it open & close but I just wanted to get it finished, it has been sitting for years waiting to get done. Here's your pic...

I agree! What did you use for the "wood"? Paint, real wood, decal?

Also, are there any interior shots?

Thanks guys, it's painted. I used some thinned Model Master "rust" paint, a black wash & some tamiya weathering powders. This was my first time trying to make wood look like wood with paint. Sorry I didn't get any interior pics, I was kinda rushing too finish it. It's all the parts from the 68 el camino interior painted black.
