Chuck Most
This is a quick, basic build of the MPC Deserter, with a few changes made. The frame was stretched to fit the 8' bed from Morgan Automotive Detail, and I left out the kit-supplied lift kit and replaced the kit wheels and tires with units from Scenes Unlimited. The paint is one of the Rustoleum camo colors. Pilato Outdoor Supply is a fictional business, named after one of my favorite character actors, Joe Pilato. Most of you have probably seen him- he was the Dean Martin impersonator in Pulp Fiction, but his finest hour was Captain Rhodes in Day of the Dead, where he delivers what is possibly the greatest line ever, which I can't post a link to because it isn't terribly family friendly. mikemodeler
I fully expected to see a rusty beater with mismatched painted body parts and a worn out snow plow hanging off the front end! Nice job Chuck!
