gasman
does any make decals to convert the Revell 83 Cutlass to an 84, they reversed the scheme in 84 so the kit decals are incorrect
echoxrayniner
I'm actually in the middle of working on a sheet with the inverted scheme, edited grille decal, Hurst/Olds logos without the 15th Anniversary, single bar reverse lights and Olds logos for the tail lamps and some non-vanity 1984 license plates. You'll need the original 1983 sheet for the side-marker lights, Oldsmobile front bumper logo and dashboard though. Edit: Here's the raw sheet so far, smoothing the lines out as we speak. Matt T.
Looks great! I’m interested in purchasing. I prefer the silver ‘84 cars.
socal76
I have to agree with Matt. They do look nice and I would like to get a couple of these decals, if you make some to sell.
echoxrayniner
Oh definitely! I'm just awaiting the print itself to see if the color came through correctly before pawning off sets, don't wanna half-cock it but if all goes well they should be ready by the end of the month. Also if there's requests and/or suggestions, lemme know!
echoxrayniner
Okay for those interested, this is the final product(gonna have it printed this week): Revell's bringing out the '85 Cutlass 442 so I figured I'd scrap the plans for a '85-'87 sheet and incorporate the extras into this one, like the vanity plates, '86 onwards 442 logos and a digital dash that you could use in tandem with PE parts or just slap it in there under some clear plastic, on top of all the inverted stripes for the '84 H/O, grilles, plates, dashboard fan, '84 plates, reverse lights, etc.
