1962 Bel Air Bubble Top - AMT

Wrapped up this week. Details: Exterior - Painted Duplicolor Light Blue and Duplicolor Clear and buffed out. Interior - Model Master Light Gull Gray with Gray embossing powder. Chrome areas are BMF.  Wheels - Stock wheels, painted with Alclad chrome,  with AMT Firestone Whitewalls. Engine - Detailed with plug wires and hoses. The master cylinder was detailed but fell off just before photo shoot. Still haven't found it, will just have to make one.

Great build of a rare Chevy. If I remember correctly the real cars were built using left over hardtop sections from the '61 model year paired with '62 convertible bodies. These were low production cars. I have seen several at car shows but only ever saw two on the road when that were new.
