1995 McLaren F1 GTR Le Mans #51 Harrod’s

Recommended Posts

Just finished this one up this morning. This is the Harrod’s McLaren that finished 3rd at Le Mans in 1995. Built stock from the Fujimi kit with Tabu decals. Paint is Ferrari yellow from Scale Finishes and Tamiya Racing Green (TS-43).

Very nice Steve.  The short tail GTR is one of my favorite modern cars.

Great looking model, love that scheme, but then I'm British so I think it's compulsory !!. Never heard of TABU DECALS before now, Steve so off to see if I they'll post-out to Middle Earth.

Ian.

Ian, for what it's worth I got the decals on ebay. I'm sure they'll ship to NZ as long as you pay for the Uruk-hai insurance.
