I intend to cast the hood and bumpers separate from the body so the spoilers, hood bump and roof band could be sanded off. It's just a lot easier to visualize everything if they are glued on. I grew up with Pontiacs in the family..LOL.. we owned some really nice ones id love to be able to make replicas of someday...finding / affording them or the stuff to do them is the biggest challenge. The only Earnhardt car I’m interested in because it is a Buick. He drove one with the Monte roofline most of the others were the slopey back roof. I can graft the Cutlass roof onto one of the resin copies and then fill in the triangle windows to have the formal opera window. I did that for a guy who had an opera window Grand Am. I wouldn’t waste another cutlass roof on this I would cut the back half of a reissue MPC NASCAR Laguna roof off. The qtr window is already the right shape just needs the louvers removed.
