regular guy
Here's a track roadster body kit . http://jimmyflintstonestudios.com/?product=nb175-1927-ford It's even on sale. Now it's same price as my favorite online hobby store. Regarding the Lindberg 1929 T Rod. The road construction cone sort of threw me off. Putting in a racetrack guardrail would have been better. Road pylon made me think of autocross. Oh! Your right. It was started by "regular guy," wasn't it? That does explain a lot. And knowing what I know of his past threads, I too should not have responded to this one. Dave Darby
Well since nobody has given a correct answer here, I'm going to clear the whole mess up. The only thing Model T about this kit is the name, and the box art car, which is a 23-25 T Roadster. Inside you have your basic Lindberg plagiarized copy of AMT's Ala Kart cab (29 Model A with a 27 T rear section behind the doors), Hemi engine, and wheels. It does have the stock 29 Model A radiator shell. The front axle is copied from the AMT 36 Ford, and the headers from the AMT 25 T hot rod version. The frame and rear axle are Lindberg's concoctions. Here is the original box art... And kit contents. Case closed.
regular guy
Well it's obviously a track roadster. More like you can paint and decal it to be track or street version. Read somewhere the real Hot Rod Lincoln had a shortened Lincoln frame under it. So I think when they were going at it then the combinations of Ford parts were endless.
