Car Crazy 81 Posted July 15, 2008 Share Posted July 15, 2008 (edited) Heres Another Project I Been Messing Around With Over The Weekend Forum Member Rollinoldskool Gave Me The Idea Of Taking A 63 Impala Hardtop And Making It Into A Droptop. The Conversion Was Easy I Used My Dremel Tool And Carefully Removed The Roof This Isnt My First Conversion I Ever Did. I'll Keep Ya'll Posted. Car Crazy 81 Posted September 17, 2009 Author Share Posted September 17, 2009 Heres some progress so far on the Impala i decided to build this one like it came off the showroom floor in 1963 im still deciding on going with the stock 327 ci or a 409 ci. So I recommend it. I went with a blue flake with all gold accents. I read somewhere online that there were only something like 88 of those '61 Chevy verts with a 409 and 4 of those had a 4 speed.
