FX3vette
Here is 1969 Camaro #3 of what will eventually be a collection of about 10 cars in various trim levels. The 327 cid engine (with some modification to bring it to 1969 configuration) and white wall decals are from the Revell ‘64 Impala, flat hood from the AMT ‘68 Z/28 and the wheels (RPO N96) from the Revell 1965 Malibu SS396. The photo etched set from Model Car Garage provided many of the finishing detail.

Kmb0319
WOW, that’s just gorgeous!!!! I just finished this kit myself... I “COPO’d” mine. I wish it had come out this nice. Just tremendous work!

donb
Nice engine detail, nice interior detail, nice exterior detail, nice paint. Keys on the dash is very cool. Nicely done model all around!
BigTallDad
Very nicely done! All aspects (engine, paint, interior, etc.) are precise and lifelike. It's refreshing to see an SS with a 327...most had the 396. It is a common misunderstanding that the SS package was a performance package, which is not correct. The SS package was a trim package, meaning you could have an SS Camaro with a 6-holer.
tbill
that's a great looking build, love the concept.
espo
Great looking Convertible. Outstanding detailing and the under hood finishes are very convincing. Can't remember when I last saw a model with the base 327, especially with the RS Grill and trim. This is the type of build you just want to study for a while to see all of the little touches here and there.
Snake45
Very nice! I think you pretty much nailed the interior blue color. I had two '69 Camaros, both with standard blue interior, so I "lived" there for a total of about 15 years or so.

Ben269
Great looking build, I am starting to replicate our 1:1 68 convertible. Are those the seats that came in the kit? What kit did that auto shifter come from from?

The gear indicator plate On the console is a spare decal I had from the Keith Marks 1969 Camaro Indy Pace Car sheet. I simply cut the decal from the sheet and glued it to the center console that is included in the model kit. Then added the shifter I made.
