martinfan5
Finally getting around to my first NASCAR for 2018, I know right!!!, about darn time, anyways, this was planned for last year but it just didnt happen, its going to be Clint's HAAS Ford for 17 and or 18, the scheme didnt change so the only thing changed for 18 is the SHR anniversary logo , decals from Stony Customs Added one of the missing roll bars and working on the seat, swapped seats to one from the previous NASCAR kits and working on adding the leg braces. martinfan5
Thank you Carl/Bruce Moving forward, added the other two missing roll bars Got all the parts painted and started getting the chassis together, added the steering column as well, chassis painted with SEM Promax Chassis grey The FR9 engine, almost done, used a mix of Metalizer paints Body, has been primed with Mr Surfacer Black, I really dont need to go a color coat at this, I did that with the two Kurt Fords I built, so I am not sure I am going to do it with this one, just decal and then do a coat of SG clear Edited March 20, 2018 by martinfan5

MarkJ
Looking good. Its so nice that they finally have a kit that is correct compared to the snap kits with their exhausts coming out both sides and other issues those kits had.

martinfan5
All decals have been applied for the moment, up next is a coat of semi gloss clear then the last couple of decals. I thought I had placed an order for more tire decals, but I didnt make it past the very last step so I wont be able to get the tires done till next week.
