Chuck Most
This was just a quick, box-stock buildup of a Carina as restyled by Autopista. The Carina is basically a four-door version of a Celica. I liked this version because it kind of looks like a grandma car with a body kit. All I did was blend in the ground effects at the wheel openings a little better. I'm still not great at painting rub strips, but I'm getting there.
asfastasu
That looks great. I love kits of uncommon cars. This is Tamiya, right?

Pics of the contents here: http://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/92/24-tamiya-toyota-carina-autopista Good to see someone finish one of these. It's really a neat looking car and pulls off that late '80s monochromatic/Euro with directional wheels look very well.

E. Raza Ronny
VEry nicely built. Like the foil work. I've the same kit. Decided to ignore aluminum trim and go for black with wider wheels.
