Gluebomber
Beautiful build, Peter. I recently finished this kit and also wrestled with the windscreen. Yours came out a lot better than mine. Outstanding work!

E. Raza Ronny
Wow, tremendous work on an old kit. Absolute pro.
Anglia105E
Excellent build there Peter, and this model is so much better than the diecast Bburago version that I have. I really do need to invest in the Revell kit version that you have built so well. Some diecast model motor cars in 1:24 scale do look very realistic, but I can't say that for the Jaguar XK120. Your attention to detail has inspired me, thanks. David
PhilX
Very nice work. The paint job is perfect (not to shiny). With what did you re-chromed the windscreen frame ? I am actualy building the same model. I noticed an important gap between the hood and left fender.
peekay
Thanks very much for all the comments, they are much appreciated. About attaching the windscreen: I drilled holes on either side at its base and into the body to accept wire "bolts", which I later glued in place. These can be seen in the photos. I then thinned the frame down and had it re-chromed professionally.
traditional
Peter, That looks OUTSTANDING!!!..... beautifully finished and really nicely photographed.
Plastheniker
As always from you: SIMPLY PERFECT! Another proof that a skilled modeler does not depend on one of those sophisticated modern Aoshima/Fujimi/Tamiya aso kits ( aka Milli Vanilli kits....).
