89AKurt
Looks like a fun project, don't let us down!
Jason Sheer
Got around to a few updates: First, I has to adjust the indicator slots by rounding them off. Then I had to repaint and now it’s looking acceptable. Second I got the baller X-pipe with muffler roughed in and I also included a picture of the engine I was going to try to do before I figured out I would’nt be able to close the engine hatch! Finally, moved the hinged door closer to outside of car and put magnet in the tires and wheels. Also, I made beefier rear shocks with tooth picks and some wire ! Forgot I put some .5mm brass rod as trim on the dash !
Jason Sheer
Also, haven’t figured out how to add more text after uploading my photos! I can add on to my initial paragraph but not sure how to add more text underneath the uploaded picture files ! I’m using an iPad so that might have something to do with it ! I was wondering how most of you guys post multiple paragraphs with pics in one post?
DustyMojave
Via my desktop... I don't mess with such things on my phone or tablet.
Jason Sheer
Adding some mechanical details to the engine: the tubing is bent in a random way to allow for 2 more rods to be glued on when it’s finally in place ( PITA, but got it done) Also did an oversized distributor and some Aluminum side paneling on engine as best I could ! Quick Update !
Jason Sheer
Fixing a slight door hinge issue and patching a little bit of door frame I accidentally sanded off a bit too much!
Jason Sheer
Who thinks I should cut off the Watanabee’s lug nuts and center cap and replace it with just one center lug? Paint the lug titanium gold with an aluminum color for the exposed bolt with a black wash?
oldcarfan
If it's okay, here's my latest finished kit.

Jason Sheer
Thanks Gary! Just confirmed my choice then! Nice pic of your project! Just finished the Dash and Test fitted last night. I like the look of the center big lug!
Jason Sheer
Just fixed the super horriable front suspension off revell 911 Turbo kit chassis I’m using. My kit seems to have 1 shock longer than the other. Both shock assemblies are too short to pin in bottom piece and one side of the bottom was a few mm longer than the other. Any way, just replaced all of it with a simple brass rework!
